FOUNDATIONS
SLOW FLOW

Tuesdays 9am

Beginner practice is suitable for all fitness levels. Must be able to get on and off the floor with ease.

Poses will be fundamentally broken down before being combined to create a one-breath on movement flow.

Here, the primary focus is breath work and the fundamentals of yoga

HATHA SLOW FLOW

Mondays 7pm
Thursdays 4:30pm
Saturdays 9am

Taking note of each pose and truly taking the time to let the asana embody YOU.

A gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath.

Beginner friendly, which will help with strengthening and improving flexibility.

MINDFUL YOGA WITH STRAPS

Thursdays 9am

In this class, you will be guided to move through each pose slowly as you ease back into the body.

You will experience what mindful movement is.

This class is suitable for all levels as a majority of the time is spent on the floor.

You will learn about breath-work and be led through a short meditation. This class will end with a type of deep relaxation.

During this class, we will incorporate straps to allow you to get deep into your hips and back.
