DETOX FLOW

Detox flow is specially designed to release all the toxins from the body through the practice of a unique combination of asanas, pranayamas, and kriyas. Detox flow can be performed in many styles.
It takes inspiration from Hatha, Ashtanga and can include a Vinyasa style of teaching using therapeutic yoga postures to increase blood circulation in the internal organs responsible for detoxification.
The flow includes several twisting asanas which creates a “squeeze-and-soak” action regulating the synovial fluids of the spine which is connected to the nervous system.
FOUNDATIONS SLOW FLOW
Tuesdays 9am
Beginner practice suitable for all fitness levels. Must be able to get on and off the floor with ease.
Poses will be fundamentally broken down before being combined to create a one breath on movement flow.
Here, the primary focus is breath work and the fundamentals of yoga.
HATHA SLOW FLOW
Mondays 7pm
Tuesdays 4:30pm
Thursdays 4:30pm
Saturdays 8am

A gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath.
Beginner friendly, which will help with strengthening and improving flexibility.
MINDFUL YOGA
Thursdays 9am
In this class, you will be guided to move through each pose slowly as you ease back into the body.
You will experience what mindful movement is. This class is suitable for all levels as a majority of the time is spent on the floor.
You will learn about breath-work and be led through a short meditation. This class will end with a type of deep relaxation.
RISE N SHINE
Wednesdays 6:30am
