Gena Rae will bring out the sound bowls for you to catch a glimpse of how a Sound Bath works. Each of the amazing businesses listed below will be donating a raffle basket for us to raffle of that evening. All the proceeds of the raffle tickets will go to our animals on the farm.

Puppy Yoga Adoption Event
Hello friends! We are excited to invite you to our Puppy Yoga Adoption Event! All proceeds benefiting It's A Pittie Rescue!
When: Saturday, June 1st, 11:00 am Gena Rae Peace & Wellness - 110 N Second St., Peotone.
Join us for a relaxing yoga session while surrounded by adorable puppies looking for their forever homes. Not only will you get to de-stress with some furry friends, but you may even find a new addition to your family!
Spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot early. We can’t wait to see you there for a day of yoga, puppies, and fun!
Join us in our one-of-a-kind collaboration with Game On.
We will start at the studio for a 45-minute beginner-friendly yoga flow and head over to Game On for a Mimosa or Bloody Mary.
Feel free to stay for lunch. $25
Goat Yoga Brigwood Acres
You asked, and we listened. Rachel will teach a beginner-friendly yoga class just as she normally would, except the baby goats have free rein to climb on top of you in your practice.
The class will last 30-40 minutes, and afterward, you can enjoy extra time with the baby goats. It is limited to 15 students.
Sunset Yoga with Sound Healing
Join us for International Yoga Day and the celebration of the Summer Solstice a day late.
Rachel will lead you through a beginner-friendly gentle yoga flow, and while you are in poses, she will play the crystal and Tibetan bowls for added ambiance.
After you have registered, we will provide you with the location, which will be in Peotone.
Mystical Day Out
Grab a friend and head to the studio for the day.
Enjoy reiki and reflexology treatments, massages, sound healing, and more. Refreshments will be served.

Mocktails & Meditation
Join certified yoga teacher Rachel Eglar and certified trainer and holistic nutrition coach Sarah Beherns for some meditation and mocktails. More information to follow.
